AEDS - In some school districts AEDs are already mandatory. Legal suits have already been successful against schools that do not have AEDs. If yo have AEDs you MUST train staff in how to use them.

The Good Samaritan Act which was specifically enacted to cover use of AED specifies that the user is trained.
