Can someone else use the same CD ROM?
To take a FAFA course you must first register for the course. To register for a course each person needs to have a Key Code. There is a key code on the back of each CD ROM. (Top)

Another person can use the same CD ROM, but first they must purchase a Key Code. Either contact FAFA or your agent and they will activate another key code. (See Extra Seats) below. (Top)

How do I order another CD ROM?
Go to www.firstaidforall.com and order one from one of our distributors. Simply click on the icon, provide payment via your credit card or a check and they will mail out the CD ROM. (Top)

How do I add an Extra Seats?
Once a client has purchased a FAFA training Product and registered for the course, friends or colleagues may wish to register for the same course so they can pass the test and receive a certificate. They can purchase a new registration online or by contacting the Agent or FAFA. Once a new registration is activated they can take the course using an existing CD ROM. There is no limit on the number of extra seats that can be purchased and completed on the same CD ROM. (Top)

How do I do a Renewal on FAFA?
A person is eligible for a renewal certificate at the renewal price ONLY if he or she has already purchased an appropriate FAFA CPR, AED, or HCP training program. If a client is using FAFA to “renew” skills but is either a first time client of FAFA or has not previously purchased a FAFA CD ROM, they are not eligible for the renewal price. (Top)

What is a login name?
When you first start FAFA, you are asked to create a "login name". The program will use this name to identify you each time you start FAFA. It is NOT the name which will appear on your certificate. When you register you will enter the name which will go onto your certificate.

What are the computer requirements?
First Aid For All CD ROM based training programs require the following:
Hardware
A computer with a Pentium II processor or above rated at 500MHz or above. A computer with a CD ROM drive.
Software
A Windows operating system such as Win95, Win98, 2000, ME or XP.
Internet
The client must have access to an internet connection to a) register the program, and b) to submit test results to receive a Certificate of Achievement. In both cases the internet connection time is about one minute.

What computing skills do I need?
Computer Familiarization
The First Aid For All CD ROM based training products are designed to require an absolute minimum familiarity with the computers. People need to be comfortable with the following in order to complete the training programs:
Keyboard
Keyboarding skills are NOT required to do the training. The only time you need to type is to register. You only need to type in your name, address and other contact information.
Drag and Drop
You must be able to drag and drop items with the mouse to be able to complete some of the activities.
Mouse
You must be able to use the mouse.
Enter Key and Space Bar
You must be able to use the Enter Key and the Space Bar. These keys are used to verify timing of interactive activities such as compressions and to indicate to the program when you want it to do something.

After I finish the test can I still use the CD?
Yes. Even after you have submitted your results and received your certificate, the whole course is your resource. You can reveiw all of the content and do any of the practice activities at your leisure.
